Privacy policy
This policy explains how Grace Occleshaw (ABN: 36 191 031 256) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use graceoccleshaw.com.au or work with me. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What I collect
Information you give me directly, such as your name, email address, business details and anything you share when you fill in a form, subscribe, or get in touch.
Information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as your device and browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, gathered through cookies and analytics tools.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
To send you the one-page business check and, if you opt in, occasional emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
To understand how the site is used so I can improve it.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with trusted providers who help me run the business, such as my website and email platform (Squarespace), my email marketing tool and analytics providers. Some of these store data overseas, including in the United States. I take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.

The site uses cookies to function and to measure traffic. You can turn cookies off in your browser, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
Storage and security
I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer needed. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, I will act in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Access, correction and complaints
